any unnecessary noise that enters my domicile personally violates/invades me

barking, motorcycles, music in that order are things that i feel deeply violated/invaded by. if youre the type of person who likes to make enemies just continue w. the above & see a psychologist

ive named our century the silent century for i believe that in the information age we must have quiet in order to make a living & keep our sanity. we need control of at least our habitation

i have to believe that police dont ever ticket motor noise violations

why not?  are they afraid of the violators esp those bums called bikers
